Staff and doctors are fantastic!
I had great experiences in the past, but my last 2 appointments have been canceled on me with under 30 mins notice. I have to take a day off work for this, to do this to a patient two weeks in a row is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. Edit. The owner managed to squeeze me in with a different doctor and was very nice.
Told to come for 12:30 to fill out paper work, however when we came for my mother's appt found out they are on lunch until 1pm. Don't tell people to come early especially with chronic pain if your not going to be here at that time.
I was genuinely impressed with how thoroughly Dr. Smith reviewed my situation. He took the time to go through my referral and MRI with me and my husband and explained the findings in detail. He even used a spine model to help explain the different areas involved, which made it much easier to understand my specific situation. What I appreciated most was that he took my concerns seriously and was straightforward about what he saw on my imaging. Definitely a psychosocial intervention in care. Kind, understanding, far above average. I would tell anyone suffering from pain, and spinal problems, this is the place for you. The staff are above and beyond in giving care. Good people indeed.
