Highly recommend Durham Service Co. They came out the same day I called and sent me a text with a picture of the technician that would arrive. Colton was fantastic and went the extra mile to find out my parts were under warranty!!! He even played with my dog.
We couldn’t be happier with the service that Durham provided us. It was a big job to get us up and running again and they did it perfectly and reasonably priced. The service tech, Chris, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! We will be using Durham from here on out for any future heat and air service!
Good morning! I want to give a shout out to Jonathan with Durham Services AC repair. My air went out last night so I called this morning, he was there within 30min!! Turned out to be a blown fuse, my unit is 10 years old so I expected the worst and being an older woman. Jonathan took his time to check what blew the fuse did a simple repair and only charged me the service fee. It's so nice to deal with honest family owned local companies!! Thank you Durham for taking care of me!!
