I just want to put in a good word for a great group of guys who came out to Pefferlaw last week in my time of need. Three guys: Matt, Sean and Alex did a professional job attending to my needs and I am grateful for their service. One suggestion I would make however is that you really need to work on a better suspension in your truck…..NOT that I expect to take another ride soon. Otherwise my first ride in an ambulance was great. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
Thank you so much to the two paramedics who attended to me in the early hours of the morning on Monday, March 10/25, after I had a fall in my apartment. They were both so kind in helping me up and checking that I had not incurred any major injury. Many thanks!
I had the unfortunate need for an ambulance at 1250 am on September 30th 2024. But I have to say that Colton and Chelsea were absolutely amazing. The took such care and discussed what may have been going on. They transported me to hospital and continued to reassure me and were so calm . Please make sure that these two gems are commended for their kindness snd compassion. They are A1. Thank you. Female paramedics (BLS) are very rude disgrace how they treat a pt. Durham College shouldn't pass certain students graduate the paramedic program. This includes when they need right there tests and scenarios.
