Dr. Troutman is amazing! He has been my daughter’s pediatrician since she was an infant. He is very thorough with his explanations and set you at ease with any concern. Also, he is very proactive with anything that might require extra attention. For example my daughter needed surgery and the other pediatric place wanted to wait and see, so I got a second opinion/ switched pediatricians. We have been going here since my children were born over a decade ago. The medical care has always been efficient and quality. The front desk staff lately have been very rude and demand we check in via QR code when they are just chatting. My daughter also decided a week before school sports started she wanted to try out. We submitted the request for a sports physical form 2 weeks ago (she had a physical 2 months ago). She has missed a week of conditioning. Dr. Kathleen Murphy has been taking care of our Twin girls since they were newborns for the past 3 years. They absolutely love her and she helps them overcome their fears of the Dr office. Dr. Kathleen Murphy is patient and soft spoke and gentle. We would recommend her!
The wait Time is actual insane. They ask us to Come in early but waste our time as if it is not Important. The staff had to Go Find someone to see if anyone could take us back after every other patient Has been called back who arrived after us.
