Doctors are good once you are able to see them, however front desk staff is cold and unaccommodating. Scheduling there is a nightmare, you're on forever hold and no one ever calls you back.

Really enjoy this bringing my kids to this office, especially when I was a first time mom, they addressed all my concerns. They have great, personable providers- my husband and I’s favorite being Dr.Wang

They canceled our first appointment on short notice. Then when we rescheduled they refused to see my son and treated him like a bio hazard, even with a recent negative covid test in hand. God forbid you have a child that goes to daycare and has a runny nose. Wasted two half days at work for nothing, not that they cared at all.

We were running late, you know, because we have a 4-month old. We called ahead and said we’d be 15 minutes late and they didn’t tell us there’s a 10 minute grace period and if we miss that the appointment is canceled. So we show up and Brooke Nowell, at the front desk, was not helpful at all and acted very nonchalant about it. The office was empty and I definitely think this could have been accommodated. It doesn’t help that our child need to get vaccines and that all the appointments are booked up for weeks.
