Durham Painting Company not qualified to remodel Nearly a year ago I had DPC contracted to remodel my master bathroom. They did not know the permit process for my county which I am still trying to clear up. In addition the tiling work done by them was shoddy and utilized in appropriate materials according to local HD and Lowe's and Industry Standards
