Just bad all around. Rent has increased over $300 since moving in just 3 years ago ..and for what? Not one improvement since I've been here. The lawn and path ways to the house have looked the same as when it was under construction. Everything where I'm renting, is poorly made the kitchen sink isn't sealed the washer and dryer hook up havent work since I moved in here. Just trying to submit an application for a rental property was like pulling teeth to hear back about an update. Then they told me I would need a cosigner with my parent like im not a fully grown 30 year old. Extremely slow response, entirely unprofessional on every single aspect. Plus they had the nerve to say submit an application even though the rental was no longer listed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I have been with Fairfax PM for 2-1/2 years now and could not be more pleased. The online portal makes the process very efficient. From communication, repairs, property information and rental payment, it can all be done from your phone. Emails and texts are regularly sent informing renters of scheduled routine maintenance, payment reminders and lease renewals.
