I would like to share my experience online for the sake of any future prospects deciding to conduct business with this company. I requested to break my lease month 3 into a 15 month contract. The following is what I experienced in my short dealings with this company: •Water issues: I moved in with no hot water, and a really rotten egg smell due to old part in new water heater. I had the worst Rental experience with them they are nice at first but when something goes wrong while renting they take forever to fix the problem or don’t fix it at all. they don’t care about the people that are renting there properties.would not reefer Anyone to rent with them.😡
They go above and beyond to do what is right. They have a lovely selection of homes in the RTP area and are always quick to respond to any issues or concerns.
