Having read the most recent review concerning Durham Multi Storage I would like to say that the experience I've had for many years has been exceptional. Having dealt with both site manager and office staff this above review is entirely out of context. Deborah Hollinger it seems you have various reviews , stories and a horrible obsession with any type of confrontation your able to engage in. Review Update: I will update my review with an Instagram link so you can hear the “customer service” from both the site office and the owner at head office. I’ll also publish the Ontario Consumer Complaint. 1. The door to my unit was not working later in the day, They claimed they had a video of the door working that day yet refuse to send it to me as proof? I endorse Durham Multi Storage for its secure and reliable storage. As an international student, the facilities impressed me - clean, accessible, and well-maintained. Checkout was seamless, and the deposit refund prompt. I'd recommend Durham Multi Storage.
Great staff, storage are mint condition.
I unfortunately wasn’t able to use their units this year because they were all occupied. Probably because of their service/advice and pricing. No surprise. But I’m leaving a 5 star review because they have been in this business for years and they even told me what I could to get another unit at a competitor. They mentioned what to look out for and I eventually went to a competitor that they recommended who was 2nd best to them.
