I recently had my very first mammogram done here, and I can't say enough about how positive the experience was. From the person who took my call and booked the appointment to the receptionist that checked me in, everyone was warm and kind and made the visit very comfortable. I recently drove from afar to have an ultrasound conducted by Juan specifically as someone I connected with had luck getting her Pelvic Congestion diagnosed here. The report is indeed a stepping stone in my journey and I am really thankful. Franka (I hope I got it correct) was very efficient in getting me a quick time slot and recommended a great local cafe to visit on my way back. Worth noting is that the whole facility was very clean.
The center called 15mins before appointment that the ultrasound is cancelled becuase they type of service isn't available. We booked the appointment online (website) and the service was mentioned on their website. They say in their system it warked cancelled but then why would then not call us in advance. Very poor communication
I visited Dhuram Medical Centre today for my mammogram felt welcomed by the staff at the reception. I was highly impressed as I reached on time & was called on the exact time, by the way the technician Ms Glenda did her job, so efficiently, with great responsibility , showed 100% dedication and was extremely kind and gentle. I honestly recommend everyone to go there if required. I had a great experience. Wishing them good luck.
I visited this center a few months ago, and I have to say Juan is one of the best medical technicians I've encountered. He is very skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. She addresses questions and concerns promptly. I would definitely return for any future needs.
