Thankful that this company cares deeply for its customers! My family is blessed to be alive with the shape my old unit was in!! Amazing! Honest, reliable, affordable ... finally a vendor who actually fixed our AC problem. Customer service is exceptional, from my initial phone call through the face-to-face contact with the technician. I wish I would've found these guys years ago!!

I was referred by my neighbor to use Durham Mechanical. The customer service was second to none. I received a return call immediately and my A/C problem was fixed within 24 hours. Adam was our service person. He was very friendly, professional and informative. The service call cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Durham Mechanical. They are awesome! I will continue to utilize them for my heating and cooling needs in the future.
