The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! I was there for 23 minutes and the guy behind the counter was on the phone giving prices and I Already called in and put an air filter aside for pick up… I could see it on the counter and I asked the guy if I could just quickly check out After waiting 20 minutes and he said I shouldn’t be much longer. Won’t be returning! Stay clear of this place unless you have all day to wait on them
I had been a customer for more than 7 years until today. Second time in a row the employees seamed completely disinterested in me or my business. I spoke to Walt on Monday looking for information on Kubota accessories for my tractor. Called back on Wednesday and ordered what we discussed, assured him I’d be in Friday by noon. Had a very disappointing experience this morning at the store. I have been using DK for over 12 years. I have had many items serviced as well as purchased numerous tools. Generally the service is fine, however, today I was extremely disappointed. Both staff were dismissive regarding any inquiries I made about purchasing a piece of equipment. Great service. I had difficulty starting my Stihl saw. They got it going on the second pull and called to tell me it was just a problem with sitting over the winter. No charge! That's the kind of honesty I look for in a dealer. They were recommended to me by someone who had the same fair experience. Highly recommended.
