⭐ Very Bad Experience! Today I had an appointment for my 1-year-old son at 3:40 PM. I left home on time, but because of traffic I got delayed by only 7 minutes. I even called the clinic to inform them that I’ll be a few minutes late, and the lady at the front desk said her manager told her they could take me until 3:50 PM. I reached the clinic at 3:53 PM — just 3 minutes late — and they refused to see my baby! My son is not feeling well and has diarrhea, and still they didn’t care at all. We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Mandel. She was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were bad parents when all we wanted was proper care for our 17-month-old daughter. She made comments suggesting that our child should just “deal with it when she’s an adult,” which is unacceptable. In our culture, we take care of our children and don’t dismiss their needs or leave issues for them to struggle with later in life. This attitude felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. The receptionist was nice. However I won’t go back here. Dr. Mandel seemed very offensive that my 17 month cried during the visit. I mean does she even know that 17 month olds are going through so many developmental stages during this time?
