Dr. Jean Toppin was incredibly thorough and professional. I highly recommend scheduling with her.
Absolutely abysmal service. First off, two days before my appointment with Dr. Lukas they tell me she abruptly left and I can see an NP at another location otherwise I can wait for another opening with another practitioner. So I go to the other location. Then, they referred me to the wrong people three times (wrong location, out of network, doesn’t even see people with my problem). I have been a patient of Durham Internal Medicine for decades. It is now Millennium Physician Group. Dr. Toppin is my doctor and she is totally awesome. She listens to her patients and explains her diagnosis, expresses her thoughts on your progress and offers suggestions to help you improve your health.
I've been a patient of this practice since I was in my 20's. All of the physicians I have seen have been great. Dr. Stephanie Lukas has been my primary care for several years now and she is just incredible. She listens and cares about you as a person. She is very reassuring, if something out of the ordinary presents itself. Her medical assistant is wonderful, as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
