My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in December. I contacted Durham Housing Specialists based off location and reviews and I’m so glad I did! Dan was at my house in a few hours looking at my furnace. The part I needed would come the next day and Dan delivered fixing everything. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest.
