AC unit isn't blowing cool air and mentioned one duct wasn't working. Melanie said she would check times for service and call back. Prompt return call to say since duct work is involved they are too backed up!

When I called with my air conditioning concern, Melanie was very helpful with setting up an appointment for me. I appreciated the text, informing me that the technician was on his way. The technician, Hunter, arrived early. Within just a few minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and arrange for the necessary part. He left to pick up the part and returned quickly. He completed the repair and made sure everything was in working order before he left. I’m definitely looking forward to having a cool night’s sleep.

The unit we purchased ourselves was a 4 zone minisplit unit, it was DIY friendly. Only thing we needed from them was to connect the lines and do a vacuum test. We were told this would be a max charge of 375$ for 3 hours labor but that it most likely wouldn't be that much. My husband had to take off for some one to come out. The tech made a mistake and said he couldn't finish the job the day he came out due to missing parts. Turns out that was wrong. We could have had the ac up and running that day within 2 hours. Amazing staff from the ladies in the office to their technicians. Heat went out and had to order a part. Julie drove to madisonville to pick it up so I could have it before the the cold hits this weekend. Thank you Durham Heating and Air for going out of your way to make sure I had heat at 5:00 pm on a Friday!!
