My recent visit to Durham harley was for warranty service. It was generally a good visit until I was approached by service advisor and was told I have to pay $130 for installing the correct tune on my SE tuner. I didn't have the bike in service to touch my tuner so I was very confused. I asked to see the manager and after that I didn't see the manager and was told I didn't have to pay and they would wash my bike for me.
Thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff in the parts dept, having the clutch plate I needed to get back on the road. What a relief!!
Fantastic staff! It was a great experience from Andre and Sammy to the rest of the staff at Durham HD. The purchase of my new ride was well taken care of. They spent the time to ensure all needs were covered and full detailed explanations of the new bike. I will definitely be back!!
