We live our beautiful Pulte home. Great craftsmanship and quality build!
Pulte, within Durham Farms is an outstanding builder and experience. This community is great!! we absolutely love it!! We love our home and Pulte people, especially the customer service is really great, we recently had our 1 year anniversary and had a great experience with the way they handled our requests!!!
Pulte, within Durham Farms is an outstanding builder and experience. They have some homes left so don’t wait too long! We love our home and Pulte people! 5/5 is not enough to give. My only suggestions is to avoid their preferred lender. Pulte mortgage was terrible to work with. But the sales rep, Andi and Chad our build manager were so fun to work with. They will literally stick up for you and make sure you’re good and happy at all times.
