Dr. Durham is wonderful so this review isn’t a reflection on her care but more on the practice itself. I tried to make an appointment but was told I would be considered a new patient because I haven’t been seen in 4 months. First, the statue to be considered a new patient is 3yrs but regardless, 4 months is absurd. Extremely disappointing and for this reason alone, I would never consider making an appointment again.
The Dr. & staff go above and beyond, and 9 times out of 10 I get responses back the very same day. They are passionate and caring and I am so grateful to be a patient of Dr Durham’s. 5 stars all the way
The team at Durham Direct has consistently taken care of my family in a compassionate and generous manner that is rarely seen in today’s medical practices. From late night house calls to text messages that quickly answer questions, I have really enjoyed being a patient of Dr Shelley and Nurse Jared. My family and I will be patients of theirs until the day they ever (if ever) move the practice out of Tarrant County. And, of course they are human. Today is the final straw. I have been working with Dr. Shelley Durham and staff at Durham Direct Primary Care located in Mansfield, TX. We have never gone to their office because our appointments are done via Zoom and Jared meets me to provide any exchange necessary. There were MANY broken promises. The ‘pharmacy’ was blamed however Jared Sparks, a Nurse Practitioner, ‘the’ Office Manager, sibling to Dr. Shelley Durham, AND my primary contact, has been hard to get a hold of via phone/texts.
