My family were long-time patients of Durham Dental, dating back to 1999 with Dr Kuhl. We ceased visiting the practice in January 2023, following a change in ownership, due to significant concerns about quality of care and administrative disorganization and billing issues. I came to Durham Dental only thinking of bringing my mom to her appointment, and left as a satisfied customer! Not only did they find time out of their day to fit me in, but took good care of my mouth! I have to have a lot of dental work done on my mouth and the group at Durham Dental are top notch. The first person that took care of me was Nicole. Nicole is definitely the bomb!! She is “Jill of all trades” in that dental office and can do everything and anything she is asked to do! I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’ve had a cleaning and fillings done and I have been very comfortable each time I go in. The doctor always makes sure I’m comfortable and explains what she is doing, which really helps! And she was very gentle with the numbing shots!
