ZERO STARS!!!! ***BEWARE***The word squalor comes to mind when I saw what they (Avenue Living) expect any human to live in. Had to break a lease and do an emergency move out from this infested, broken down shanty of a living space. The "so called" property management refused to clean dead cockroaches and bedbugs from the space which they had to spray twice. (*note* There were bedbugs in the hallways but they didn't spray there). There was cat urine smell and stains on the unwashed carpet, holes in the walls, hair in the tub ... read more

When I call the maintenance line, my questions and concerns are addressed and followed up right away. I appreciate that the repairs done by Salim were completed quickly, with competence and professionalism. I will not hesitate to ask for help with anything else that comes up.

They hid my review after I uploaded photo's of how dirty the apartment buildings are. The rampant drug use has not been resolved even a year later and the building largely smells of pot and cigarettes, the excessive noise has not been dealt with. In their own tenancy agreement it does state that smoking in the units would result in eviction however that seems to just be an empty threat. They vacuumed the one hallway once after my previous pictures were posted and nothing has been done since, so they are seeing these reviews ... read more
