Terrible experience, property managers don't respond or care about tenants. Garbage overflowing every week, people rooting through the garbage constantly, construction everywhere (not their fault but sucks to drive through). Parking is barely managed, even if you're paying for an extra spot you get no signage so people just park wherever. Would not recommend.
Sonny the on call maintenance guy is amazing, super cheer full and he had my issue resolve extremely quick. He's great!
Exceptional maintenance, very quick responses and efficient. Vouches for the tenants needs and gets things done. Has replaced my fridge, bathroom fan, and dishwasher within one month of living here.
