Helped a friend move into a “renovated” unit. It wasn’t painted or cleaned. The cupboards are so warped the dishes slide around. No lock on the bedroom window. The appliances are definitely over 30 years old. When they called to inquire about the rent price being higher than her mom’s nicer unit, the manager said that they would find someone else who can afford it. Didn’t care that it isn’t actually isn’t renovated. This place is all around yikes! Look somewhere else!
Personal, I had a good experience when it comes to assistance or maintenance there is this staff " Salim" has been a blessing to me anytime I need him he was there to tackle down the problem.
Have had a positive experience living with avenue living. Management team is extremely responsive. Area is clean & well maintained. Charul is friendly and understanding, nice whenever I see her at the office to pay rent.
Avoid living here or renting from Avenue Living, it's filthy, the neighbors are constantly yelling or banging around, you're basically breathing in smoke all day long... Terrible neighbors too, the smoking aside I had the guy above me come out and scream at me for clearing out my parking spot, clearly drugs are a problem in this apartment. Whoever responds to these, don't bother with the "We want to make improvements..."
