When I call the maintenance line, my questions and concerns are addressed and followed up right away. I appreciate that the repairs done by Salim were completed quickly, with competence and professionalism. I will not hesitate to ask for help with anything else that comes up.
They hid my review after I uploaded photo's of how dirty the apartment buildings are. The rampant drug use has not been resolved even a year later and the building largely smells of pot and cigarettes, the excessive noise has not been dealt with. In their own tenancy agreement it does state that smoking in the units would result in eviction however that seems to just be an empty threat. They vacuumed the one hallway once after my previous pictures were posted and nothing has been done since, so they are seeing these reviews ... read more
Noisy people above us
Terrible place to live, we were told this was a smokeless building but we have smelt Marijuana and cigarettes everyday since we moved in;. There's no point in complaining if you go into the office they say to call the number on the door which leads to nothing being done or leave a note, basically refusing to help. When we moved in the kitchen and bathroom had leaks and the oven didn't work, the cleaning they did beforehand obviously consisted of only painting over the stains considering we have gross yellow streaks all over ... read more
