The standard of care has been progressively decreasing over the years. I'm on medication that has to be taken daily and every time my prescription is close to running out I call to get it refilled. Every time, without fail, I have to call MULTIPLE times throughout the day just to get a hold of the receptionist tied to my nurse. This review is specifically in regards to Dr. Consolata Oketch Disrespectful, gaslighting, and hides critical care barriers from chronic pain patients. I initially gave this doctor the benefit of the doubt despite her poor reviews, but my recent experience proved every negative warning about her is 100% accurate. I live with 100% daily chronic pain due to a rare congenital C2-C3 spinal fusion that has caused severe, multi-level degenerative disc disease and focal disc protrusions.
