Naher was absolutely phenomenal. The time she took to explain everything with such patience, care, & attention speaks volumes about her character & the kind of person she is. She made me feel comfortable, & genuinely cared for throughout the experience. What stood out most was that her heart could be felt through the way she cares for her patients. I had two very disappointing experiences�in the same day 1. At the service desk, a Chinese staff member kept me waiting for over an hour. She did not even register me, and I only received help after another staff member assisted me. 2. The medical assistant who saw me before the doctor was very harsh and unfriendly. She did not allow me to fully explain my concerns and spoke to me in a rude manner. Even her greeting was unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The clinic reception won’t pick up the call after 2 hrs waiting. Then all of a sudden they cut my call. Worse than calling cra. Always unreachable u guys should take down ur no if u can’t pick up the calls.
Wonderful students and supervisors in periodontal work. Last year students work on your plaque and tarter. Dentist supervises the processes. Very gentle and considerate. It's $35 in total for 4 visits!
