The clinic reception won’t pick up the call after 2 hrs waiting. Then all of a sudden they cut my call. Worse than calling cra. Always unreachable u guys should take down ur no if u can’t pick up the calls.
Wonderful students and supervisors in periodontal work. Last year students work on your plaque and tarter. Dentist supervises the processes. Very gentle and considerate. It's $35 in total for 4 visits!
The front desk worker was very unprofessional. I came in today for a cleaning which was booked over the phone and I came in today and meet the front desk worker and I showed her my teeth and she gave me a look of disgust which made me very upset and uncomfortable. Then I was told it’s only an x ray today and which she did not clarify over the phone and then proceeded to seem like she didn’t care about the situation over the wrong information she gave me.
I was here today, but in the clinic for dental assisting students on the second floor for a dental polish. The student was extremely nice, and she taught me a lot about how to brush and tips of what i can do better but my review has to do with the clinic itself. A teacher there yelled at her, saying she had called her over to do X-rays 10 minutes ago, and while she did come to tell her that we would be doing X-rays (I was right in front of them).
