Extremely rude owner and completely unprofessional behavior. Because of his poor management, my husband had to wait for more than an hour, and instead of apologizing, the owner was rude and dismissive. Such behavior shows a total lack of respect for customers. Definitely not recommended to anyone.
Worst experience... this is not the way you treat your customers.. Update: I didn't asked for free pickup and drop-off that day..... I had asked if there you can do or not. And the way you made response was very pathetic.... thats not the way you speak with your customers and i was referred to this place and i was expecting better response?
Great experience overall! The process was smooth, communication was clear, and the staff were so kind and professional. I really appreciated the fair pricing and flexibility, definitely recommend and would rent again!
Rude Owner and Worst Customer Service Experience Recently, someone hit my car from the back, so I dropped it at a garage for repair.
