If I could there'd be no star!!! The man who answers the phone is an ill-mannered RACIST!!!!! knowing nothing about basic courtesy! He will hung up on you for not having a redneck accent! This is outrageous to treat a customer with so much disrespect and to refuse service on the basis of an accent!
