They sold me a 2007 Vehicle, Certified with less than 160km on it. They got a fake safety on this vehicle- stamped “as is” after signing. After one year of driving the vehicle and about 3K$ put in to it the vehicle still would not work. I found out via an honest Mechanic prior issues existed and the car could not have been legalized with out said issues. I brought it back to them - asking to get a trade with it. Great customer service
My husband recently wrote a review about our experience and was called a liar. Last August I bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze for $10k and within 20 minutes of owning it I got an "engine overheating" notification on my dash. I was then left waiting on the side of the road for an hour waiting for them to bring me a loaner. I was reassured that this never happens and they will fix it immediately so I continued to move forward.
