I kept hearing him say "that is out of my scope of practice". Is he a MD? What exactly is his scope of practice? Then he said things were better in Charlotte, NC than Charleston, SC in terms of medical care and "that's not how theing were done there". His "nurse" talked down to me and I am not sure if she was a nurse or a medical office assistant. Anyone can weigh you and review your medications. This was not a good experience.
