A family member who struggles with mental health issues had a deeply concerning experience with Dr. Durfey. Unfortunately, Dr. Durfey’s approach was neither professional nor kind and included extremely harmful remarks that were detrimental to the patient’s well-being. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Durfey to others seeking compassionate and supportive care.
I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with Dr. Durfey’s treatment of a family member who is under her care.
