On June 27th, Tyler came to my home and looked at the neutralizer for my well which needed replacement. He assured me that I would have an estimate very soon. I paid $500 on that day and have not heard a word since . I have called over 10 times and even left a letter on one of your truck’s windows at your office as well as mailing a letter. That was over two months ago and still not a word.
Tyler and Jacob were very professional. On time and took care of the job, and added useful advice as well.
