I’ve only been to this clinic twice. My husband is a patient here, both times we had a bad experience. Waited over 2 hours to be taken into a room. Once being in the room we waited for 40 min and Doctor never came in, the nurse said she was short staffed that was her excuse so we had to reschedule his appointment because he needed to go to work our time is valuable. I am sharing this review because I do not want others to go through what I experienced. While Dr. Bishara may be knowledgeable and may have helped other patients, my experience was one of the most stressful and disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. After requesting my medical records, I found numerous discrepancies, missing information, and documentation that I believe was inaccurate. The wait time is very long for no reason excuses very on a daily basis you can still have a appointment but be waiting hours and hours. Also by far the worse staff to exist on planet earth🚮
Dr. Bershara is a excellent caring doctor, extremely knowledgeable in medical. Extremely clean and nice office and staff.
