Found the Dr and staff to be very COVID conscious and courteous. I was not in the waiting room for more than a minute before the nurse took me to an exam room. Dr Durden addressed my issue. Provided me with informative literature about my condition. Then GAVE me samples of the ointment that I needed to treat my issue. Friendly staff, good experience.
She is by far the WORST doctor I have ever been to. Does not even deserve one star. There were 9 individuals in the waiting room when I arrived. I came prepared with a printout of my medications. She obviously didn't even look at them as she tried to write me a prescription for a medication I was already taking. When I questioned her as to why she would not look at my current medication list, she pretty much flipped out and stormed out. I always have a good experience whenever I visit with Dr. Durden. She always allow you to explain your issues then she will tackle each one and will answer any questions and never rush through your visit. The staff is great also!!!
It was awful her staff is unprofessional and she is too, been going to her for years and I never had a problem with her now she can’t remember what medicine she gave me and she also gave me medicine which made my face breakout even more I tried to explain to her I would like the medicine I had before but it was a disregard and she replied she wanted to try something else I will not be back it was a waste of time and money and I would not recommend anyone to her ever again
I have visited Dr. Durden several times and she is thorough and really knows what she is doing! Her staff is excellent, as well!
Saw her today for thinning hari and while I was there asked her to look at something on my skin and she abruptley told me no that i had to make a seperate appointment. I work for an insurance company so I know she could put both procedures and diagnosis on the claim. i agree with the person who said she is money hungry

I love Dr. Durden!! She listens to my concerns and helps me come up with a plan I can work with. She and her staff are fabulous!
The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Clean well organized waiting area. I waited a short time to see Dr. Durden. She listened to my issues and addressed all of them. I had a procedure done and was given thorough follow-up directions. Overall this was a very good visit. I will be coming here regularly as needed for the well-being of my skin and hair.
