Review for Durbin Roofing, New Haven Kentucky. Poor workmanship. Took 5 plus days to do a 2 day job. Never showed up to work until afternoon, then worked in the dark sometimes until 11 PM. Sent a crew that had little to no experience with installing a metal roof. They were constantly on the phone with the owner (Stephen Durbin) asking how to do something. Hired company to install metal roof and porch extension. Terrible experience. Damage to home siding, metal scratched, metal installed incorrectly in valleys and around penetrations, just bad workmanship on framing and work in general. Had inspection by another installer than recommended removing portion of home that had been “completed” to correct errors. This cost an additional 1,000$ which was directly from installation errors.
