I wish there was a ,ero star rating available. After mixing up our paperwork and taking 3 weeks to get back to us. The two men who showed up discussed exactly what was to be done to: 1. Restore hot water to bathroom sink. 2. Fix leak in basement by capping 2 copper lines. #2 was never done. The company is difficult to reach but Mr Doug Durbin was contacted. Don't waste your time with Durbin, I asked for an estimate to install a sump pump, and they said they had better things to do and that I should look elsewhere. If youre looking for a quote, dont tell them that youre getting a competitive bid, they basically said that they wont bid things out. Not sure why they're in this business if they don't want customers!
