Tina and the Durbin team saved our bacon! They fit us into their busy schedule very quickly when the house we were selling sprung a surprise leak. Within 24 hours we had a quote, and within 48 hours all was fixed! I don’t expect they can always provide such fast service, but thrilled that they were able to for us and for the new homebuyers. Don’t give your business to a big company, keep it local with Durbin and they’ll treat you like family.

We went through our warranty to replace our water heater and the wait was longer than we would’ve liked - but Durbin was incredibly kind and efficient in getting us taking care of once the heater finally arrived. After the work was done, we noticed pressure was slow in our kitchen. Durbin promised to return and replace the faucet for free once it’s delivered. They go above and beyond.
