Durbin Nails has a great staff and talented nail technicians. My favorite is Amy. She’s the absolute best. My nails always look amazing.
Great nail service & technician - no one can do nails like this! Really bad at scheduling and keeping appts that aren’t right when they open in the morning (not at all the fault of the nail tech). Would recommend calling a few times on the day of your appt to make sure they can see you when you scheduled for.
Is this the norm for this place?? I have a scheduled appointment for tomorrow with Brandie and I just got a call that Brandie will be on Vacation as of tomorrow and she will be gone for 3 weeks?!?!?!? Soooo, WHY? Schedule me 2 weeks ago for this day if she is going on vacation? And then call day before in the evening to tell me if I want to reschedule? This is unprofessional. No apologies and wasn’t even offer if I would like to see another tech??
