I went in to Durbin Nail spa around a month ago. Didn’t realize I booked an appointment close to closing time however, I was still greeted by the friendliest receptionists and, almost immediately taken back for my service (acrylic fill, and pedicure). Before I went back I was asked if I would be okay with my pedicure being started first, and if I would be comfortable with someone also simultaneously doing my fill in on my nails. Whatever you do please do not purchase their egift card online. My mom frequently goes to this place so I thought it would be a good idea to purchase her a gift card here. However, whatever service they use for this is inefficient. My mom never received the gift card via her email address that I gave. I called here several times and was given the run around. I was told my mom could use all of the confirmations showing I made the purchase so she went there only to be turned around and told that she needed that actual gift car... read more

Just had pedicure. The tech turned the spray wrong way and completely got me wet. My clothes were sopped. Sat there for my pedicure soaking wet very uncomfortable. Tech didn’t massage at all. Terrible. Then told front desk and asked to speak to a mgr Mgr not there. She calls mgr and advised I can get 20% off. Not right. Shouldn’t have paid at all. Will not be going back.
