I purchased a gift card online for my mom for Mother’s Day just to find out the next day She never received it. When I contacted the salon, they told me they had to wait for a manager to come in. Finally spoke to the manager, and he told me just to dispute the charge with my bank. They can’t look up to tell me why I never received the gift card or send again, I think that’s very unprofessional and ruined my Mother’s Day gift.
It is a relaxing experience with friendly stylists.
They are always accommodating and friendly when I randomly go in as well as when I have an appointment. Everyone from the front desk to the techs are always pleasant, courteous, and talented. The salon is always clean and tidy.
This place is amazing. Ken is super friendly and did a beautiful job.
