Beautiful results, but an exhausting and overpriced experience. I have mixed feelings about my visit. My appointment began with a technician who struggled for nearly an hour to get the shaping right. After and hour and 45 minutes of visible frustration, she stopped and handed me off to another technician. While the second lady did a truly wonderful job and my nails look gorgeous, the checkout process was incredibly upsetting. I was "nickeled and dimed" for every minor detail. The Derbin nail spa was excellent. From start to end, it was a complete service. They were polite, the place is beautiful and clean. Mia, Jenny, Rose, Phillip and Lucy did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend l.
