As a teacher I rate this lab an F meaning FAIL!!!! They made my bridge incorrectly so I had to sit ANOTHER 2.5 hrs to have a NEW bridge made. I had to endure more needles and Durban lab WASTING my time because they made a MAJOR mistake. I am now leaving Urban Dental after 20 years because I cannot take the chance of DURBAN making the same mistake again!!! Do you hire new immigrants to save money? We love using Durban Dental Lab in Burlington. Mandy, Elliot and the whole team are amazing!
Our dentist referred us here to get my wife's crown done and let me tell you they did such a fantastic job! Neither I nor my wife can pin point the tooth from the others, beyond happy! The first time we visited the tech told us the dentist chose a completely incorrect color and he took it upon himself to redo the tooth matching it perfectly! Ask for Candice, she is such a delight and made the process super easy and convenient.
Stay away from them. Absolute and utterly disappointing results. Causes me a lot of anxiety. They don't seem to understand the needs of the patient. What a waste of time and money.
