Very poor communication, and experience with an estimate. Durazo's came out to provide an estimate on elastomeric roof coating. While they did send me the estimate- it was for a full tear off and re- shingling (not what I had asked for). I promptly called their office to inquire and was told they do not do elastomeric roof coating. So why is this service listed on the website? Or why bother sending out an estimator for a service you don't offer- especially when we discussed this over the phone...
Mr Jesus Durazo is 100% capable at roofing and he is 100% honest in giving estimates. I would refer him to anyone who needs a roofer. He is pleasant and on time and very easy to do business with.
We bought a repossessed house where the cowlings had fallen in 2 rooms. Durazos replaced the entire roof, including removing and repairing the roofing beneath the Spanish tiles. They were polite, professional, did a great job and at an excellent price.
