Terrible service and complete lack of support from Nikki L in the claims dept. Stay away from this company. You've been warned.
Received a defective sink. Submitted a claim from the authorized dealer that I purchased it from and was denied by Nikki L. in their Claims Dept. AWFUL quality control and even worse 'customer support'. Never buying anything from this brand.
Terrible product and service is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and buy from ANY other company. Never purchasing Duravit again.
