I am a small business owner specializing in mid to large sized construction projects. I rely on my team’s efficiency, time management, materials and at times, rental companies for specialty tools in order to complete a job. I will not be relying on Durant Rentals ever again. My team went to Poughkeepsie to pick up a rented rail saw for large format tile. They brought the saw to the site, set it up, and the pump was inoperable, rendering the machine useless.
