It's a pleasure to rent equipment here. The guys that work here go out of their way to be helpful and give good advice, in addition to carefully telling you how to use the equipment. All the equipment I've rented here has worked perfectly, and the rental prices are very fair (lower than Home Depot's). They also pay attention to giving good customer service. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this excavator rental company and would not recommend them to anyone. First, the delivery was a mess. The machine showed up hours late with zero communication—no call, no update, nothing. I had to chase them down just to figure out what was going on, which completely threw off my schedule.
