Top of the Line – Enter the restaurant through the kitchen, say hi! to the chef's preparing food. Wait for a table in the bar and enjoy Durants famous "debris". The service is second to none and there isn't another steak in town with this flavor. I prefer the "Delmonico". Lots of other steak houses in the valley, but for the dollar, my opinion is by far that Durant's, is the "Best" in town.
Where the elite meet and sometimes eat! – Having lived in PHX since the eighties I automatically think Durants' Fine Foods when talking Steak. Sure you can go to the other "more pretentious" steak houses around the valley but you won't be received with the type of hospitality, graciousness, and warm smiles from the staff at Durants'. It's where the martinis are served ice cold and the steaks piping hot! I am not aware of any other restaurant in the valley that allows you to see the kitchen...even before you dine!
AMAZING! – This is one of the best restaurants in the city! The food is excellent. The atmosphere is welcoming and its a great place to go for drinks and dessert. Birthdays are always a must too!
Top notch – Durants is a tradition here in Phoenix. For steaks, chops and other entrees, it's hard to beat.
Beat This Meat – Good and fresh meat here. Nice serving size for dinner,and other choiches. Prices are reasonable.
Speak-easy charm – Service is excellent, quality of beef is outstanding and all items are always fresh.
Great steaks! – I love steak and this place is the best in town. Excellently seasoned. Great valet parking. Good central Phoenix location.
Simply the BEST!!! – My family and I have enjoyed dining at Durant's for about 50 years now and it is the standard by which I measure all steakhouses! The food is EXCELLENT and the atmosphere is WONDERFUL. I have lived all over the world and the USA and I do not miss an opportunity to dine at Durant's whenever I am in Phoenix...
Great retro steakhouse – Absolutely one of the greatest steakhouses in town. It is very refreshing to see a local institution that does not rest on it's laurels but is constantly improving their food and service. Food and service are always top notch. Have recommended to many friends who have always been equally pleased.
