Dr. Ron was a pleasure to meet! He is very personable, knowledgeable, has great bedside manner, and thorough with my birds care. the receptionist/techs we're also very kind , friendly and understanding, and love talking about all the critters. I will be coming back with all my birdie needs!
Handles exotics and birds
Had a good visit with Dr. Durante today with my little lovebird. We really enjoyed him and the rest of the staff who helped us today ❤️
absolutely the best vet in town, staff is amazing, polite and down to earth.
Years ago I had several ferrets that were constantly in need of medical attention. The ferrets eventually passed on, but I never forgot how kind he and his staff were to both my animals and myself. So now my Elbee goes to the same place. Changing vets is like changing mechanics: you want to find a great one and just stay with them. We have done that here. I would recommend this office to anyone with an animal they care about.
They pay the same attention to a frog as they would a dog-they are loving and kind to all animals! I have many, and when they are in trouble, they will be going to the best- Algonquin animal clinic- and their caring staff.
You touched my baby bunny and hurt her!!! Next time I will be cutting her nails myself rather than allowing one of your inexperienced veterinarians perform it. And you still charged for cutting for nails. Just horrible.
