What a disasterous company. If they didnt care about doing maintenance, theyd be slum lords, instead of the rent seekers they are, but what do you expect? Airbnb alone made real estate a disasterous zero sum game, so im pretty sure this company works its employees to the bone, and has a modest turnover rate. A year after finally being free of the not honest and uncommunicative tenancy with Durante & Rich, we still feel taken advantage of. Our deposit was partially kept in violation of the law, and Jessicka, Dena, and our local agent Alan were not honest at the home, on the phone, or via email regarding the condition of the home before move in and the status of the deposit after move in. Reading accounts from others, it appears we are not the only victims of their deceptive practices.

Avoid giving these people your hard earned money. They are truly bad at what they do, completely unprofessional, and unhelpful.
