The worst worst management company that I have ever dealt with. My first floor unit was damaged due to second floor unit managed by Durante and Rich. Today was my final attempt for the work to be completed. Today was the 4th appointment made by this ghost management company, no one showed up. I call the office number, staff keep on passing the buck. If I could give negative star rating I would.
What a disasterous company. If they didnt care about doing maintenance, theyd be slum lords, instead of the rent seekers they are, but what do you expect? Airbnb alone made real estate a disasterous zero sum game, so im pretty sure this company works its employees to the bone, and has a modest turnover rate. I guess the only good part is they leave you alone, but they will leave you alone even past your lease talks, cause they're too lazy to communicate with you about it in the time window their contract says to.
