It's been a year since we moved out and we are still upset enough to write this review, because we are still owed back our deposit. We have extensive photos of the home we moved in to, which was filthy from top to bottom. Even the bathrooms had not been cleaned since the previous tenants. The first month there was spent cleaning things Durante and Rich promised to clean, and did not. I have worked with Jesika through 2 lease applications and signatures. Gathering information and signatures from 4 students and 4 parents over 2 years is not an easy task. Jesika got us through successfully!! Greatly appreciate her attention to detail!
I recently moved into a new apartment, and Jesika, the property manager, made the process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Jesika for her exceptional service and dedication.
SLUM LORD! BEWARE! Wish I had read other reviews before signing with them, now I'm stuck. Clearly based on other reviews and my experience they are just another dishonest property management company purveying fraudulent listings for dirty, mismanaged locations.
