Good property management always right there when needed.
I am going to keep this short - but only so you will read the whole review. Rich Durante runs one of the finest real estate and property management companies around. When we needed to find a home to rent (which was tough because we had 4 dogs at the time), Rich really went to bat for us! While in this rental home (18 months), Rich's team took very good care of us - and we needed their help on several occasions with repairs that were vital!! One star goes to Carin, she is the only who responds right away. First tenants stole some of the objects I left at home and nobody dis anything. The second tenant started living in my house two days before the contract stated, so nothing was charged. He broke the lease and guess what, no penalties are added. Extremely disappointed with this company. I have no desire to renew my contract with them.
We rent a house 30 days ago. And all problems that hose had since day one, still here. Garage door doesn't work ( and I got locked inside with my toddler) Toilet from main room doesn't work, and we can not figure out how the sprinkles work because nobody told us about anything. No communication, no problem solution at all. But to get the deposit and all first payment done they were really fast. Joke.
Highly recommend this company. Matt was knowledgeable in all areas and was very responsive to all my questions. Glad I found them as they've made my life a whole lot easier. Overall 5 stars, would give 6 stars for professionalism and communication if I could.
