The guys unload very quickly, but the road leading there is bad—it’s a narrow road. from Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge.i-287 exit 44 and right 41 st right 20th ave and lift 42th st
Reserved a stairclimber and got told it was having issues and couldn’t be rented. Staff tried to help and bring one from another location. Turns out that was broken too. Not sure why it’s an equipment rental shop when the equipment can’t function. Had to cancel my handyman, electrician and plumber over this goof up over the course of a week. I would not count on them.
It was a quick delivery. Easy in and out. Take exit 45 go under the bridge which is showing 12’6 and take left on Steinway street.
Very professional and helpful. Big on safety, and they take their time to explain things.
