The worst place ever that you can imagine to live at!! You will have a lot of health issue , all the apartments has a MOLD issue and the owner will never fix it , After one year living there you will have asthma and you might need to reserve a place in the hospital for life , management will never do any maintenance , Old building outdated coding with the standard of the city, horrible attitude by the owner Chris and management ,apartment is not safe , very dirty , rust everywhere in the shower and the wall cabinet, package ... read more
Great value property. Property manager was friendly and helped deal with issues when it came up. Would rent again.
I've lived in these apartments more than 4 years and never had a problem with tenants or manager. The manager itself which name is David is pretty cool person. For the price that they offering for rent is awesome deal
I hate this apartment. DO NOT live here!
