This was my first time at this salon, and I was highly disappointed with the service I received. I went in with a picture of what I wanted It was very simple I was told it would be 50 dollars, I then also requested no dip only gel and dip ended up being put on my nails when I asked about it, I was told it was not dip I asked a 2nd time and was told it was going to be okay. I came in for a pedicure while I was visiting from out of town. The lady who did my pedicure tore my foot up, they charged me an extra $5 to scrub the callous off my feet (isn't that a normal part of a pedicure?) And it's $20 extra for gel. Chairs are not massage chairs and the water in the tub was barely warm.
