Never called me back twice, nor send a follow up email like they said they would. If you don’t want to work with me, just say so.
Took money and terrible on following through to complete work. Told it would take days to complete work, it's been six weeks and only 2 of 10 items complete. At this rate, started work in May 2024 and won't complete until 2026. Don't hire unless you don't care when the work gets done. 01JUL follow up: waiting on owner to call me back, reference his response below. If he takes the same amount of time to get back with me, I won't hear from him for several weeks. I'll continue to update this review.

Searching for the right roofer can be a bit stressful but let me help you out a bit and tell you when I found Duran Roofing and talked to them l felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Extremely knowledgeable and honest and I loved they are still family owned I love the samples I got to choose from they let me take my time over a couple of days we’ll weeks for me as I’m so indecisive, when it comes to color choices but I ended up choosing black sable for my roof and let me tell you it’s a true stunner! Very pleased with our new roof! We really appreciated the advice on selecting shingles for performance and appearance. The crew that installed the roof were very careful with our landscaping including my pots. Cleanup was thorough, too. I can’t believe they completed most of the job in one day with just a few final touchups the next day. We highly recommend Duran’s!
