I have used Duran's Import services since 2006 to service my Volvo XC90, my Mercedes c230, and my Honda Oddessy minivan. From regular maintenance to major work I have never had any issues dealing with them and so far to date I have been a satisfied customer.

Dont go to this place, very arrogant owner who does not have a clue of what he is doing. I called him on a Wed and asked for hours of service he told me they were open on Saturday to bring my truck in, well I did, I get there and he tells me I need an appointment from Mon-Fri. ! Asks me to leave it over the weekend no thanks I say I'll bring back on Monday. Don't take your car to Duran's in Brownsville for the following reasons: 1. Bad customer service - They always have a lot of work, but the reason is NOT that they have good service or know what they are doing, it is because they are one of the only shops in Brownsville that service European cars. Not having competition has made them arrogant and they work on your car when THEY want to with no sense of urgency. 2.
