Incredible service and great customer service. They set me up with an appointment next day. Just needed one window changed and was done in 20 minutes. They have guaranteed the lowest price in the Bay Area. Definitely recommend.
I had a fantastic experience with Martin from Duran's Auto Glass! He was incredibly quick in replacing my broken windshield — I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently he worked without compromising quality. Martin was also very professional and clearly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with confidence and explaining the process thoroughly. It's rare to find someone who combines speed, skill, and great customer service, but Martin delivered on all fronts. Highly recommend!

I called in the morning and got an appointment on the same day. Everyone was so nice, including the guy who picked up the phone, the lady at the register, the guys who replaced the windshield, and the guy who helped me back up to get back on the road. I was initially told that the wait was for about 90 mins but I was surprised to get called when they finished it within 35. Price was literally cut in half compared to Safelite. Excellent service overall! Definitely recommending this place! Thank you!
Duran's Auto Glass was, fortunately for me, the only place open on a sunday. They were able to help me with a shattered passenger window caused by vandalism/theft. Within minutes I was able to get an estimate and time when they would be able to come to my home. The quote was more than 50% less than other places were giving me online.
