I had reached out to schedule an appointment through the phone number provided, I got sent to voicemail multiple times. In their voicemail they left a number to text, I did reach out giving info of what I wanted what day I was available etc. and someone did respond only one time and never responded after that and left me on delivered. In my opinion very unprofessional. If you want customers I shouldn’t have to do multiple things to get their attention or wait forever to get a response back. KJ is ridiculous talent and so kind, friendly, and fun! I want to get one million more tattoos from her, she is really great!
KJ and Quinn have such a friendly energy and it makes the shop feel so comfortable and lively :)
